Eileen Kaur Alden is a screenwriter, filmmaker, and tech product executive with expertise in AI-powered storytelling. Her screenplays have placed at the Austin Film Festival, and her feature film is currently streaming on Amazon. She holds a BA in Philosophy from UNC Chapel Hill and a Professional Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford Professional Education, jointly offered by the Graduate School of Business and the School of Engineering. She leads a weekly writers’ group in Los Angeles and teaches creative professionals how to collaborate with AI. Eileen is a participant in Jeremy Utley’s AI Junto and volunteers with #MakeItBay, an initiative dedicated to uplifting the Bay Area’s cultural economy by attracting film and TV productions to the region.

Featured in the PBS documentary "Drawn Together" which follows the journey of Eileen and two other creators - Keith Knight and Vishavjit Singh - challenge the notion of race, appearance, and gender stereotypes through cartoons, comics and cosplay. 

Wrote and directed independent short films and the feature film Devious, Inc. Moderates the weekly screenwriting group Deadline Junkies. Volunteers with the non-profit MakeItBay. 

Former bass player and songwriter for the Oakland all-mom punk band Placenta. Co-owned the indie record label Soulmine Records. Managed vinyl record production for Imperial Dub Recordings, home of the Dubtribe Sound System.
